Adashun Jones Real Estate is a 2nd home to me as I began my career there 22 years ago. They are a local POWERHOUSE of agents and staff, making them #1 in the FDL marketplace. In 2020, the team of Krug and Associates was formed, combining my strengths with those of my son, Tyson. In a rapidly changing real estate market he brings savvy technical skills, strong construction knowledge and fresh creative twist to help navigate a challenging market. I am an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Fabulous FDL and feel strongly in giving back to the community I call home. I am an Advocate for the Alzheimer's Association, a cause that is near and dear to my heart. Aside from work, I enjoy spending time on and off the water at our family cottage on Lake Winnebago. My husband of 35 years, Mike, is a retired Air Force Air Traffic controller and continues his career in the FAA. We have 2 grown and married children, Tyson (Madelyn) and Emily (Jake), and 3 entertaining grand dogs. We are members of Faith Lutheran Church and supporters of Winnebago Lutheran Academy.

After Therese and Jan did an excellent job selling our primary residence in 2024, we moved out of state to enjoy our retirement in Florida. When it came time to sell one of our rental properties we reached out to them for help. We were uncertain about doing it remotely. I have to say they put our fears to rest quickly. We had a tenant moving out just prior to listing it. They met with the tenant and received the keys from him. They arranged for a final cleaning for us. They had it cleaned and photographed and on the market in short order. After 3 days we had multiple offers and accepted one of them. They set up a remote closing which went off seamlessly.
