Hi, my name is Glenn Elmer Jr. Born and raised in Fond du Lac WI, I have been surrounded by real estate my entire 25 years of life! After several successful semesters in college studying to become an English teacher, I became inspired by family to become a realtor. I grew up watching my father practice real estate, and was inspired by his drive and motivation to do the same. I value relationships and strong communication as I believe they are the backbone of what we do here at AJ, and I am proud to be a member of this team!


In my first year as a realtor, I have been able to help so many wonderful people accomplish their buying and selling goals. After a successful debut, I was able to accept an award as "Rookie of The Year" with our Fond du Lac office in 2021, with nearly 2.5 million in sales.
