My husband Mike is a retired United States Air Force veteran who served for 25 years before continuing his career with the FAA. Our military life shaped our values of commitment, service, and resilience. We are members of Faith Lutheran Church, supporters of Winnebago Lutheran Academy, and enjoy time with our family at our cottage on Lake Winnebago.

After Therese and Jan did an excellent job selling our primary residence in 2024, we moved out of state to enjoy our retirement in Florida. When it came time to sell one of our rental properties we reached out to them for help. We were uncertain about doing it remotely. I have to say they put our fears to rest quickly. We had a tenant moving out just prior to listing it. They met with the tenant and received the keys from him. They arranged for a final cleaning for us. They had it cleaned and photographed and on the market in short order. After 3 days we had multiple offers and accepted one of them. They set up a remote closing which went off seamlessly. Funds were deposited in our by the closing company . We could not ask for a better experience.
