As Brand & Growth Strategist for Adashun Jones Real Estate and Signature Homes, I get to blend my love of creativity, community, and people every single day. This role focuses on building individual brand strategies for our agents, recruiting new agents who long for a strong team culture, and connecting our brokerage to the community in even more meaningful ways.
My background winds through marketing, philanthropy, and storytelling — all centered on helping others grow, connect, and feel proud of the place they call home. Before joining Adashun Jones, I spent several years leading community and brand projects across the Fox Valley — from managing grants and partnerships to helping local nonprofits share their impact and strengthen their voice. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for what happens when people and purpose come together — which is exactly what makes this locally owned, community-focused company so special.
I live in the Fox Valley with my husband and our young son. We spend as much time outdoors as we can — kayaking, fishing, and exploring new spots together. When I’m not out on the water, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book (or audiobook), painting, quilting, or working on a puzzle.
