Kyle Wiggs did a great job assisting in the sale of my mother’s home. He put on a number of open houses to attract attention. He also assisted in moving furniture in the house and removing furniture from the house so that it showed better. The property was not occupied at the time of sale and I know he was checking on the property to make sure everything was ok. He kept me informed of all showings and gave timely feedback from the showings. Overall, he worked hard to sell the property.
