The Bierman family has been selling real estate on and around Green Lake for the past 70 years. Dan grew up on Green Lake. He has spent his whole life on its shore. As a young boy, he learned to swim, water ski and sail on this lake. A resident for more than six decades, he has no inkling or desire to live anyplace else. Dan & Debra met in Green Lake and reside on the north shore. “Life on Green Lake is unique and very special and we feel blessed to be able to wake up each morning and see the lake.” In the summer you will find them on Deb’s pontoon boat or Dan’s 1935 Chris -Craft. During the winter months when the water is hard, Dan’s passion turns toward racing ice boats.

Dan & Debra have both earned the GRI – Graduate of REALTORS Institute, the CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, the RRS – Resort and Recreational Specialist, and the SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist credentials. Dan also has a marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser.

Giving back to the community is important. Dan/Debra have been actively involved by serving on various local boards including the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Green Lake Association, Green Lake Renewal & Town Square, Green Lake Ice Yacht Club, Green Lake Wooden Boat Club and their church board. Dan is a past State Director for the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and was the first president of the Green Lake County/Ripon Area Board of Realtors which he was instrumental in organizing.
