Our team’s story began with my mom, Jodi Steffes, whose strength, selflessness, and success have always been a guiding inspiration in my life. Growing up, it was hard not to follow in her footsteps. Born and raised right here in the 920 area, I graduated from St. Mary's Springs Academy and continued my education at St. Norbert College where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications.
