The start of our "Dream Team" all began with my mom, Jodi Steffes, in whom I have looked up to my entire life. This being said it made it difficult not to follow in the footsteps of a strong, selfless, and successful woman. I was born and raised right here in the 920 and am a graduate from St. Mary's Springs Academy. I am currently attending St. Norbert College working towards getting my degree in Business Administration and a minor in communications. My plan after college is to continue making my clients ultimate dreams come true.

Aside from seeing the smiling faces of our clients and coworkers each and every day, I enjoy working out, expanding my knowledge on nutrition, spending time on the water, playing with my chocolate lab Trigger, cooking, baking, hunting and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
