What did you do before joining Adashun Jones Real Estate?
My background was in property management. I managed large apartment buildings in Wisconsin and California.
What attracted you to Adashun Jones?
Largest and most successful company in our market.
When did you realize that a career with Adashun Jones and in real estate was becoming successful for you?
In my first three years in real estate, I had several people come back to me that had bought through me and were now looking to sell. I realized they appreciated my level of service and trusted me.
What specific aspects of being in real estate do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy being able to set my own hours, to a certain extent. I am in charge of how much or how little I work in a given week. Flexible schedule allows me to attend daytime functions of kids or family.
What is it like to get compensated by commissions and bonuses?
The 1st few years can be tough as you adjust to commission based pay. But as the years go by you learn to budget better and the closings increase in numbers. Discipline is the key!
How do you balance family, work, and personal obligations?
I schedule in family commitments just as they were appointments. My family is very understanding of my work schedule craziness.
What is the atmosphere like at Adashun Jones?
Fun and family-like setting. This is the best team to work for in our market.
What makes you feel successful at the end of the day?
Problems being solved and people obtaining their goals and I helped them accomplish them!
