Frank G. Adashun began his 32-year real estate career at Wauwatosa Realty in Fond du Lac in 1976. While at Wauwatosa, Frank was "Salesman of the Year - Fond du Lac office" for 8 consecutive years, developing unique marketing strategies many real estate agents still use today.

In 1986, Frank combined his real estate expertise with the talents of real estate professional Jeff Jones, and together they founded Adashun Jones Inc. Real Estate, with offices in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh.
Since inception Adashun Jones has closed over 14,000 transactions.

Signature Homes by Adashun Jones, Inc., Adashun Jones Commercial Construction and Adashun Jones Commercial Real Estate were then formed to accommodate the increasing demand for new construction, subdivisions, and commercial development services.

Prestige Properties of Fond du Lac, Inc. was created as a residential and commercial real estate holding company and at its peak owned and managed 100 rental units. Today, Prestige Properties' focus is commercial rentals and land development.

In addition, Frank formed Adashun Appraisal. Inc. and Adashun Serwe Appraisal, Inc. to provide appraisal services to financial, federal and state agencies, as well as homeowners and attorneys. Frank has performed 100's of appraisals since 1983.

Collectively, the Adashun Jones' companies have 70 sales associates, managers and staff who attend continuing education and training, keeping the "team" on the cutting edge of technology and customer service. Their state-of-the-art websites on the internet had 4.7 million pages viewed in 2007 alone.

At present, Adashun Jones Inc. Real Estate is the #1 real estate company in sales volume in Fond du Lac a for 21 consecutive years, and one of the leading firms in Oshkosh as well. And, Signature Homes is the largest builder of custom homes in the Fond du Lac market area.
